- Flight Swap Offer: You change your flight to another one offered by Spirit (same route, different time/date) and receive a one-time use electronic voucher, reflecting all credits.

- Flight Sell Offer: You cancel your flight and receive a one-time use electronic voucher, reflecting all credits in return. You will not be rebooked on another flight, and your original itinerary will be canceled.

If your booking is eligible, you'll receive an offer via email from Spirit Airlines. All offers can only be accepted through Spirit's official platform.

Spirit uses an automated system to determine eligible flights and Guests. Offers are sent directly to selected Guests. You do not need to apply. If you are eligible, Spirit will notify you and provide full instructions.

By accepting the Flight Sell Offer, you acknowledge that ancillaries and airport taxes are already deemed compensated through the electronic voucher, and no further compensation will apply.

- After you receive the Confirmation Email, your booking will remain under the same booking number (PNR), but the itinerary details will be updated to reflect your new flight.

- Ancillaries (e.g., baggage) are carried over where possible.

Flight Swap

- Baggage & other ancillaries: Transferred to your new flight.

- Seat Selection: If unavailable, a seat will be auto-assigned at check-in. The value of your original seat selection fee is already covered by the electronic voucher offered - no additional refund applies.

- Transfers & Insurance: Spirit is not responsible for services arranged with third-party providers (such as transfers or insurance). You must contact them directly to update or amend your arrangements.

Flight Sell

- Baggage, Seat Selection & other ancillaries: Not retained. Their value is already included in the electronic voucher amount offered, which fully settles all related concepts of your original booking, including any paid ancillaries and airport taxes

- Transfers & Insurance: Spirit is not responsible for services arranged with third-party providers (such as transfers or insurance). You must contact your provider directly for any refund.

Yes. If you do not accept the offer, no action is required - simply disregard it. Your original flight will remain confirmed and unchanged. Participation is entirely optional, and you are under no obligation to respond or accept any offer.

- For Flight Swap: You may choose to swap only one segment and keep the other. Each segment is treated independently, and your decision will only apply to the segment you select.

- For Flight Sell: The offer applies to the full itinerary. You must accept or decline the full round trip. Partial acceptance (only one segment) is not allowed in this case.

Each offer will indicate whether it applies to one or both segments. Please review before accepting.

Connecting Flights. If your itinerary includes one or more connecting flights, any Offer accepted for one segment will apply to the entire connected portion of the itinerary. The Offer Notification will clearly indicate how the change affects your connecting flights, and your itinerary will be updated accordingly.

Self-Connecting Flights. The relevant offer is valid only for the specific booking number (PNR) it was issued for. It cannot be applied to any other bookings, including those you intend to self-connect. Spirit is not responsible if you miss a subsequent, separately booked connection due to accepting an offer.

If your offer includes an alternative flight (a "Flight Swap" option), you will be able to select one of the available flight options at the time of acceptance. These options are provided in real time and are subject to availability. Once your selection is confirmed, your booking will be updated to the new flight and treated as any other confirmed Spirit reservation, subject to Spirit's standard operational and schedule change policies.
You'll receive an electronic voucher in the amount stated in the offer. This can be used to book flights and ancillaries with Spirit.
If you do not use the full electronic voucher amount in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be automatically forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or reissued for any Eligible Guest. Electronic vouchers issued under these offers are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
The electronic voucher amount is automatically calculated using objective factors such as current seat availability, fare levels, and Spirit's operational and commercial considerations. The goal is to create a fair and balanced offer that provides value to the Guest.

No personal or sensitive information (such as age, gender, or nationality) is used to determine eligibility or calculate the offer. All offers are generated automatically and applied consistently in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
No. Electronic voucher is the only form of incentive offered under this product. These vouchers offer flexibility and can be used as a form of payment for booking a new flight and purchasing ancillaries with Spirit in the future.
If Spirit approves your "Flight Sell" or "Flight Swap" request, the full electronic voucher amount stated in the offer will be issued in the form of a voucher code and sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. The electronic voucher is typically available within 24 hours of confirmation.

If your booking includes multiple Guests, the total value will not be divided per traveler. Instead, a single electronic voucher will be issued to the person who made the booking. A confirmation email will be sent once the credit has been processed.
No. The offer applies to the entire booking. If accepted, the change applies to all Guests included in the booking.
Offers are subject to availability. Once the seats allocated to the offer are taken, it expires. If you've already checked in but the offer is still available, you may still accept it. All accepted offers are final and non-refundable. Make sure to review all the details before confirming.

Please note that not all Guests will receive an offer, and availability may vary depending on timing, travel dates, and other operational factors. No. Once you accept an offer and Spirit confirms the change, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, modified, or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. We recommend reviewing all offer details carefully before accepting.
No. There are no additional fees or deductions. The electronic voucher amount stated in the offer is the full amount you will receive.
Sell and Swap Offers are issued on a flight-by-flight basis, depending on operational needs.
